APPOINTMENT INTAKE
Appointment intake form MUST BE COMPLETED ATLEAST 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation or delay
PAYMENT POLICY
we do not accept cash! We accept digital payments only. This includes but is not limited to All major debit/credit Cards, tap pay, Apple Pay, gOogle pay, afterpay, and Klarna
3 consecutive cancellation/reschedules will result in being banned from future bookings
Failing to cancel at least 24 hours before appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee
